You can permanently delete your Akù account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)
- Open Akù on your phone
- Go to the More tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm — your account and every record are erased immediately
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
No longer have the app installed? Email us from the address linked to your Akù account and we will delete it within 7 days:

What gets deleted
Everything: your profile (name, email, photo), all encrypted financial records (expenses, income, bills, goals, contributions), device push tokens, notification history, and sessions. Nothing is retained except records we are legally required to keep, if any.
